How To Register

STEP 1

Log on to www.BeverlyHills.org/BHrec and create a user profile for yourself.

STEP 2

Find the option titled, "Adult Sports Basketball League" and add to cart . Double check to make sure you are selecting the right division and day of the week that your team would like to play. 

STEP 3

Submit credit card payment. A receipt will be emailed to you. Please note that this is just a registration fee. There is also a $40 ref fee that will be paid before the start of each game. 

STEP 4

You will receive an email with details about completing your roster 24 hours before your first game. Each player on your team must also complete a signed waiver in order to be eligible to play.

How much does it cost to join the league?
Residents - $357

Does everybody on my team have to be a resident to get the resident rate?
Beverly Hills Resident teams or Beverly Hills Business teams must have a minimum of 5 players on the official roster that reside in Beverly Hills or work for a Beverly Hills agency which is sponsoring the team. 

Games

How long is each match?
Each game has two 20 minute quarters. Each team is allotted 2 timeouts in the first half and 3 timeouts in the second half.

Where are the games played?
All of our games are played at the upper gym at Beverly Hills High school. We use the east and west court.

What are the typical game dates and times?
The league hosts games Monday-Thursday. Based on the day you have chosen, games will be held at 6:45, 7:45 and 8:45.


  PAYMENT

What if we are a business team that wants to pay be check?
For business teams paying by check – You must register online with a credit card to hold your spot. Your check must be to the office of Evan Doyle, the Recreation Coordinator, at 471 S. Roxbury Drive, Beverly Hills 90212. Upon its receipt your credit card will be reimbursed.

How do we pay the referee?
Before the start of each game, each team will pay the referees $40 dollars via cash, venmo or any other app the referees have.

 Registration

If my team played last season, do we get to register first?
Registration priority goes to residents. The first day of registration is open to residents, the second day goes to returning teams, and the third day goes to non residents. Registration will then stay open until all our divisions are filled.

What happens if I need to forfeit?
If your team needs to forfeit there is a $80 dollar forfeit fee that must be turned in before the start of your next game.

Do you offer the league year round?
We offer three seasons throughout the year                                      Winter - January to April
Summer - May to August
Fall - September to December
